Competitive Pay Rates

GPCare offers the highest per diem, contract, and travel pay rates in the area. In addition, overtime is paid for any clinical hours worked over 40 hours within a pay period. We also offer annual loyalty incentives to our staff– for every 2,000 hours you work, you will be able to choose from one of several options, including PTO accrual and hourly base pay increases.

Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Prescription Coverage

GPCare offers our full-time associates (30 + hours/week) comprehensive group medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance. All premiums are discounted and payroll deducted bi-weekly on a pre-tax basis.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

All GPCareemployees are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan on the first day of hire and after your 1 year of continuous full-time employment you will receive employer matching.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Plan

All GPCare employees are eligible on their first day of employment a flexible spending account (FSA) which allows you to set aside money from your paycheck (on a pretax basis) to use for eligible out-of-pocket expenses. After 1-year of full-time employment Greener Pastures Care will match up to 3.5% and after 5 years vested.
